Chic 'n' Sours

Jake and I have been following Chic 'n' Sours on Instagram for a while and after one look at their page, I had to wipe the drool from my chin...We had to try this place!

We headed to their restaurant right in the heart of Seven Dials for lunch. This place is definitely the best hangout for a quick and relaxed meal, it's funky decor creates a unique atmosphere. Upstairs has an open kitchen where you can watch the chef create their version of  fried chicken heaven while downstairs has a cosy restaurant and cocktail bar; the perfect spot to warm your taste buds up.

We started off with a cocktail after having a look at their impressive cocktail menu. I ordered the Pink Sling which consisted of watermelon, campari, rosso and bubbles. It was sweet and refreshing!

The menu, features a lot of chicken but also has a good selection of small plates and sides. Everything looked so appealing Jake and I decided to go with their signature favourites the K - Pop bun and their famous chicken tenders. Along with every side dish on the menu.....that's right EVERY ONE! Because they all sounded so good!

The K-pop burger with Korean fried thigh, gochujang mayo, chilli vinegar & asian slaw looked as good as it tasted.

Everything was mouthwatering! The chicken tenders are the best I have ever tasted! That's saying something!

Pickled watermelon, peanut, coriander & mint along side green slaw and ginger miso mayo.

Jake was a huge fan of this Baby Gem & St Agur with pickled apple, bacon & chicken.

The bill comes in a funky looking egg which also has the best fashion accessory to wear at Chic 'n' Sours....Your very own Chic 'n' Sours tattoo! To make sure you look bad ass when leaving the joint!

A brilliant place to go with friends, quick service, yummy cocktails and a lively atmosphere! If you are a chicken fan then make sure you make a stop at this place. Finger lickin' yumminess!
