J&J in Ibiza!

Hello party people! This is Captain Adam speaking. Welcome aboard Venga Airways. After take off we’ll pump up the sound system… Cause we’re going to Ibiza! Whoah! We're back from our amazing holiday in Ibiza which is an island just off the coast of Spain, set in the Mediterranean sea.
We were there for a very special occasion, to see our beautiful friends Nikita and Jonathan get married! They picked the ultimate location to have a destination wedding! I personally love destination weddings because the bride and grooms families and friends spend more than just the actual wedding event time together. Everyone gathers in the restaurants and around the resort, it's like going on holiday with all the people that are most important to you! We stayed in a resort called Sensatori which was stunning! It kept the natural beauty of Ibiza with it's whitewashed buildings all looking down over the sea which made for the most breath-taking sunsets.

The resort had 6 different pools and also a private beach with sun loungers. We had booked a swim up room which meant we could jump into the pool straight from our room!

I absolutely adored this swimsuit, it had me channeling my inner Marilyn Monroe. It comes in a range of colours you can buy it here.

I would like you all to meet my new friend I made....her name is Lucy! As soon as we knew were where going to Ibiza I knew I just had to buy one of these floating swans to laze around in the pool. She was quite a hit and became very popular on our trip. She even has her own Instagram feed check out #lucytheswan to see more pictures of her adventures.

It only took me a day and I already had my summer glow on! I have always loved the colour white, this dress was gorgeous especially with Ibiza's traditional whitewashed buildings for it's background. It had me feeling like I was in the Greek Islands again....plus you can never go wrong with stripes!

This dress was too pretty not to do a twirl by the pool before heading to dinner. If you feel like twirling in it too here is the link to purchase it.

Most nights were spent trying out the six different restaurants the resort had then heading to the sunset bar for cocktails. The first place we tried was an Italian called Trattoria La Torre which served wood-fired pizzas and fresh pasta.

One thing Ibiza is famous for is partying, and boy did we party! A group of us headed to Nassau, one of Ibiza's best beach clubs for the day along the shores of Playa d'en Bossa. Fantastic chilled vibe, great music, good food and atmosphere and of course the best bit....the company there were so many friends that had come all the way over from New Zealand it was great see so many familiar faces and catch up.

Beach day!! We didn't need to go far as our resort also had it own private beach with crystal blue water and beautiful white sand. We lounged around on the sun lounges and soaked up the rays!

I've always been a huge fan of Trangl Bikini's I've been building up my collection the past few years. This one is my latest purchase it's called Strawberry Kiss I love the bright coral colours.

That afternoon we headed out on a boat all around the island to some beautiful snorkelling spots. The water was so nice and refreshing, we spent hours floating around the sea with the fishes.

Spa day! I always love a bit of pampering. We headed over to the resorts Prestige Spa for a couples full body massage, it was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. We spent the afternoon relaxing using the spa's facilities which included a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi along with heated stone beds, sauna, steam room and aromatherapy showers. Bliss!

Our favourite restaurants by far at the resort was T-Beach restaurant which was right by the beach. Here you could grill your meat and fish on a volcanic hot stone and they had a selection of yummy sushi dishes.

This gorgeous bod is my partner in crime Nikita, we've known each other since we were ten and even have the same birthday! So incredibly thankful to have her in my life and spend her special day with her!

So what's the must have fashion accessory in Ibiza?! Metallic tattoo's of course!

.........and matching one's at that!

Pool party! As I said earlier in the post Lucy was a popular girl and very photogenic, we had loads of fun splashing around in the pool with her!

Loved our matching bikini's?! You can get them from here. We absolutely loved Ibiza! The best bit of course was being able to go on holiday with our closest friends and of course see our beautiful friends get married, such special memories we will cherish forever! The newlyweds Mr and Mrs Fisher!
